Handi Maids was established in August 1998 to fill a serious need in the community. What started out as a small but determined house cleaning business, has grown into a successful, respected professional cleaning service company with 21 years of industry experience. Handi maids now services many towns and cities in central Ontario and continues to expand its service area.
The very first home cleaned by Handi Maids was in Georgina in 1998, by owner and founder Seanna Metherall. It didn’t take long for word to spread and today Handi Maids is a household name in York Region. After opening in 1998 expansion into the Barrie, Alliston and Tottenham area occurred in 2001, followed by Orangeville/ Dufferin County in 2007.
Seanna believed from the beginning that busy families should and would rather spend quality time with their family than cleaning!!
